We are looking to recruit an SC Cleared Software Engineer to a leading technology consultancy. This is a home based role with limited travel for team meetings. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-profile systems, delivering enhancement services to Government applications and making a real impact through technology. You will be part of a collaborative team of around 30 passionate engineers, all focused on delivering exceptional outcomes and enjoying the journey together.
What you will be doing:
- Designing and coding enhancements to customer systems across multiple concurrent services
- Sharing progress updates and escalating issues where necessary
- Collaborating with a supportive, inclusive, and socially active engineering team
What we are looking for:
- Essential
- Active SC Clearance - or lapsed within the last 12 months
- Solid understanding of the full software development lifecycle
- Familiarity with ITIL IT Service Management processes
- Strong appreciation for development standards and quality procedures
- 2+ years' professional experience with some of the following technologies:
- .Net
- MVC
- ASP.net WebForms
- Hibernate
- Entity Framework
- Web Technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Angular
- SQL, T-SQL, MySQL
