Location: Worcester / Home (3 Days Onsite) We're recruiting for an established technology solutions provider looking to appoint an experienced Senior Network Consultant to join its growing technical team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Cisco-focused networking professional who enjoys working directly with customers, designing technical solutions and delivering complex network infrastructure projects. Working within a specialist networking consultancy, you'll take ownership of projects from initial requirements gathering and solution design through to implementation, troubleshooting and handover. The position would suit an experienced Network Consultant, Professional Services Engineer or Senior Network Engineer looking for a varied, customer-facing role combining technical consultancy with hands-on project delivery. The Role You'll work across a diverse customer base, providing technical consultancy and delivering enterprise networking solutions. Key responsibilities will include: Engaging directly with customers to understand their requirements and translate these into effective technical solutions. Designing and implementing enterprise LAN, WAN, wireless and network security solutions. Delivering Cisco networking projects, including configuration, deployment, integration and troubleshooting. Producing technical designs, implementation plans and supporting documentation. Supporting proof-of-concept deployments and providing technical input during customer consultations. Acting as a senior technical escalation point, resolving complex networking issues. Collaborating with internal engineering teams, project managers and third-party suppliers to ensure successful project delivery. Providing technical guidance and mentoring to other engineers. Skills
