We’re working with a growing and values-led organisation looking to recruit an experienced Sales Executive to join their friendly and driven team. You’ll handle warm inbound and outbound enquiries from individuals who have actively reached out for support - no cold calling involved. You’ll play a crucial role in guiding prospective clients through the initial stages of the customer journey, understanding their needs, clearly explaining services, and securing their commitment to move forward.
Key Responsibilities- Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls with people who’ve made an enquiry via the website or by phone
- Ask the right questions to fully understand individual client needs and circumstances
- Communicate clearly and professionally about the services available and how they can help
- Send timely, accurate and persuasive follow-up communication via email or letter
- Maintain detailed records in the CRM system and follow up with prospects as needed
- Work collaboratively with your team to meet individual and team sales targets
- Proven experience in a Sales Executive, Sales Advisor, or Telesales role
- Confident and empathetic telephone manner with strong active listening skills
- Ability to close a sale through trust, rapport, and effective communication
- Motivated and target-driven, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent attention to detail and written communication skills
- Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining a client-first approach
- CRM/sales system experience is a plus
- £30,000 - £34,000 base salary + realistic monthly bonus of up to £2,000 (uncapped potential)
- A clear and achievable commission structure
- Structured shift pattern including: Day Shift: 9:00am-5:15pm, Late Shift: 10:00am-7:00pm, Saturday Shift: 9:30am-4:30pm (on rotation)
