This is a 12-month fixed-term contract where you’ll get to dive into meaningful automation projects that make a real impact.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Designing and building smart automation solutions with Blue Prism.
  • Working closely with business teams to figure out what can (and should!) be automated.
  • Developing clean, scalable bots that make people’s work lives easier.
  • Keeping an eye on bot performance and fixing anything that goes off track.
  • Supporting and sharing ideas with the wider automation team.
  • Staying curious and keeping up with the latest in RPA tech.

What You Bring:

  • Around 18 months (or more) of hands-on Blue Prism development.
  • Solid knowledge of RPA principles and how to apply them in real-world scenarios.
  • Experience with process analysis and optimisation.
  • Some coding know-how (C#, VB.NET, PowerShell preferred).
  • Comfort working with databases and SQL.
  • A collaborative spirit and strong communication chops.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Blue Prism Developer certification (that’s a big plus!).
  • Familiarity with other RPA tools like UiPath or Automation Anywhere.
  • CRM experience - especially automating workflows around customer data.
  • Programming skills in Python, Java, or similar.
  • Exposure to cloud environments (Azure, AWS, etc.).
