RPA Developer (Blue Prism) - 12-Month FTC

Salary: £44,000 + Great Benefits

Location: Hybrid - Mostly Remote, with the occasional trip to a Southern UK office

Love solving problems? Obsessed with streamlining repetitive tasks? If you’re an RPA Developer who gets excited about automation and making things just work better, we want to hear from you. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract where you’ll get to dive into meaningful automation projects that make a real impact.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Designing and building smart automation solutions with Blue Prism.
  • Working closely with business teams to figure out what can (and should!) be automated.
  • Developing clean, scalable bots that make people’s work lives easier.
  • Keeping an eye on bot performance and fixing anything that goes off track.
  • Supporting and sharing ideas with the wider automation team.
  • Staying curious and keeping up with the latest in RPA tech.

What You Bring:

  • Around 18 months (or more) of hands-on Blue Prism development.
  • Solid knowledge of RPA principles and how to apply them in real-world scenarios.
  • Experience with process analysis and optimisation.
  • Some coding know-how (C#, VB.NET, PowerShell preferred).
  • Comfort working with databases and SQL.
  • A collaborative spirit and strong communication chops.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Blue Prism Developer certification (that’s a big plus!).
  • Familiarity with other RPA tools like UiPath or Automation Anywhere.
  • CRM experience - especially automating workflows around customer data.
  • Programming skills in Python, Java, or similar.
  • Exposure to cloud environments (Azure, AWS, etc.).
