Project Manager – Events Permanent Location: Home / Milton Keynes Salary: £40,000 – £48,000 ( benefits) Are you an experienced events Project Manager looking for your next challenge? We\’re working with a leading global events agency who deliver high-profile incentives and conferences for some of the world\’s most recognisable brands. As a Project Manager , you\’ll take ownership of projects from concept through to reconciliation – ensuring world-class delivery, client satisfaction, and commercial success. What you\’ll be doing: Leading end-to-end event management (contracting, logistics, supplier management, on-site delivery, reconciliation). Managing delegate communications and guest management, ensuring a seamless attendee experience. Overseeing creative and content elements , from films and presentations to stage production, branding, and digital engagement. Managing budgets, tracking profitability, and ensuring events are delivered on time and within scope. Acting as a role model and mentor for junior team members, supporting their development. Driving client growth opportunities through exceptional service and commercial awareness. Travelling globally to deliver on-site across incentives, conferences, and live experiences. What we\’re looking for: Proven experience in event project management within an agency environment (essential). A track record of delivering global incentives and conferences for premium brands. Strong financial and budget management skills. Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure. Experience in content-led events (films, presentations, AV, digital platforms) would be highly beneficial. Confident client-facing skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
