Are you an experienced events Project Manager looking for your next challenge? We\’re working with a leading global events agency who deliver high-profile incentives and conferences for some of the world\’s most recognisable brands.
As a Project Manager, you\’ll take ownership of projects from concept through to reconciliation – ensuring world-class delivery, client satisfaction, and commercial success.
What you\’ll be doing:
- Leading end-to-end event management (contracting, logistics, supplier management, on-site delivery, reconciliation).
- Managing delegate communications and guest management, ensuring a seamless attendee experience.
- Overseeing creative and content elements, from films and presentations to stage production, branding, and digital engagement.
- Managing budgets, tracking profitability, and ensuring events are delivered on time and within scope.
- Acting as a role model and mentor for junior team members, supporting their development.
- Driving client growth opportunities through exceptional service and commercial awareness.
- Travelling globally to deliver on-site across incentives, conferences, and live experiences.
What we\’re looking for:
- Proven experience in event project management within an agency environment (essential).
- A track record of delivering global incentives and conferences for premium brands.
- Strong financial and budget management skills.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
- Experience in content-led events (films, presentations, AV, digital platforms) would be highly beneficial.
