Are you a proactive and analytical problem-solver with a passion for improving systems and processes? We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join a busy and forward-thinking technology team within a large public sector organisation. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to help design, analyse and improve systems and applications that support critical operations. You will contribute to requirements gathering, system analysis, and high-level solution design - helping to ensure technical change delivers real business value.
What you will be doing:
- Supporting system upgrades and new implementations by capturing requirements and mapping processes
- Analysing current services and identifying opportunities for improvement or automation
- Producing documentation such as process maps, high-level designs and test cases
- Collaborating with technical teams and business users to define and deliver change
- Contributing to post-implementation reviews and identifying lessons learned
