We are looking to recruit an SC Cleared Microsoft 365 Technical Consultant for a leading technology consultancy on an initial 4 month contract. This is a remote role with occasional travel to London for Team & Customer meetings.
We're looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 Technical Consultant to support a SharePoint migration from 2016 to SharePoint Online. The role will focus on ensuring the new environment is designed, configured, and integrated effectively within the wider Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
You'll work closely with the architecture and security teams, providing technical expertise around deployment, configuration, and governance. Experience with Entra ID (Azure AD) and broader Microsoft 365 services is essential.
Technical Expertise- SharePoint Online: Advanced configuration, administration, and migration experience
- Microsoft Entra ID: B2B integration, conditional access, security group management
- Microsoft 365 Security: Information protection, DLP policies, compliance centre
- PowerShell: SharePoint Online Management Shell, PnP PowerShell
- Understanding Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Microsoft Graph API understanding for advanced integrations
- Understanding of external collaboration security models
- Led SharePoint Online migration projects from on-premises
- Designed external collaboration portals with strict data isolation
- Worked with custom SharePoint Framework solutions
- Experience coordinating with development teams on technical projects
- Microsoft Entra ID Premium features and conditional access
- Experience with SharePoint REST API and modern development practices
