  • Advise senior stakeholders on KIM strategy, operating models, policies, and controls.
  • Define target states for information architecture, content lifecycle, records management, search, and knowledge capture & reuse.
  • Translate strategy into executable roadmaps with clear benefits and sequencing.
  • Design and implement governance and change/adoption plans, including training, communications, and champions.
  • Lead multi-disciplinary teams, provide coaching, and ensure delivery quality.
  • Shape consulting approaches, contribute to bids, and develop reusable KIM assets and playbooks.
  • Represent the consultancy at forums, sharing thought leadership and best practice.

What you'll bring

  • Proven leadership of Knowledge & Information Management programmes in large or regulated organisations.
  • Expertise in information architecture, records management, knowledge lifecycle, search, and discovery.
  • Consulting experience: problem framing, business case development, stakeholder engagement, executive communication, and facilitation.
  • Experience leading teams in line or matrix structures.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Purview), OpenText, Content Manager (TRIM), Documentum, Confluence, Elastic, or Azure Cognitive Search.
  • Change and adoption experience, including measurement of behavioural impact.
  • Security-aware delivery in regulated or classified environments.
  • Active SC clearance and ability to travel to UK client sites.
