My client, a leading Legal practice, are looking to recruit a Locum Contentious Insolvency & Restructuring Locum Solicitor to join their Litigation Practice to play a pivotal role in managing a caseload, incorporating a full range of Insolvency & Restructuring matters. The company acts for a range of businesses, insolvency practitioners, banks, creditors, investors and individuals.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Delivery of a mixed caseload incorporating a full range of Insolvency & Restructuring matters.
  • Ensure clients receive accurate, up-to-date legal advice that takes account of their circumstances and represents "value for money".
