Location: Hybrid - Wakefield 2 days per week plus WFH

Our Client: This is a great time to join our client, a large Public Sector body providing critical services at a local level. They have exciting technology plans in the pipeline, providing opportunities for all IT team members to access learning.

The Role:

  • Proactively support the lifecycle of all ICT Assets (desktops, laptops, mobiles, software and licenses).
  • Ensure the integrity of the Asset Database via accurate and timely updating and auditing to certify data quality.
  • Engagement with IT Suppliers and internal and external stakeholders on the acquisition and disposal of assets.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

  • Essential: 2+ years' experience in a similar ICT Assets management role looking after full asset lifecycle management.
  • A proactive approach to supporting the full lifecycle of ICT Assets.
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable liaising with suppliers and stakeholders up to a senior level.
  • Experience undertaking IT Asset audits, collating data and producing appropriate reports for Management to support decision making.
