The Role
As an Agile Delivery Manager, you will act as a servant leader and delivery owner, enabling teams to deliver value efficiently while improving ways of working. Key responsibilities include:
- Driving delivery outcomes across product squads, ensuring work is delivered predictably and at pace.
- Supporting the flow of work by identifying and removing blockers, managing dependencies, and maintaining momentum.

- Working closely with Product Owners and Engineers to ensure a well‑prioritised backlog and clear delivery goals.
- Using delivery metrics (cycle time, throughput, sprint data) to improve performance and predictability.
- Providing clear, data‑driven updates on delivery progress, risks, and forecasts.
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders and acting as a bridge between technology and the wider business.
- Driving a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and high performance within teams.
