Data Careers, a Midlands based successful and growing Recruitment services company are looking to recruit an experienced Recruitment Consultant with a background in providing Recruitment solutions within the Defence/Security/MOD sector to sell and deliver our portfolio of recruitment solutions to end users and supply chain partners within the Defence/National Security/MOD Sector:
- Own the whole recruitment process for all Contract and Permanent Recruitment in Defence/MOD Sector (Mainly Tech/Data/Digital)
- Dive into our network of UK clients, flexing your charm and showing them why we’re the real deal when it comes to scaling up their teams (DV/SC)
- Build relationships with clients, understanding their needs inside out, and making sure we’re always one step ahead.
Skills required:
- Proven 360 Perm New Business experience in the Defence/National Security sector
- Ideally experience of delivering Tech/data/Digital solutions in this sector
- A passion for connecting with candidates and staying on top of the latest recruiting trends.
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools
- Excellent communication skills, teamwork, and an open mind.
- An ability to stay organised, detail-oriented, and self-driven.
