About the role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and evolve DataCamp’s logged-out experience, shaping how millions of learners first discover, understand, and engage with DataCamp. In this role, you’ll be responsible for high-traffic, business-critical surfaces such as:

  • Homepage
  • Pricing, promotion pages & flows
  • Upselling flows (e.g., paywalls)
  • Business & solutions pages
  • Media center and content-driven pages

You’ll work at the intersection of Product, Marketing, SEO, and Media, ensuring these experiences are compelling, performant, and optimized for growth, conversion, and long-term brand impact. This is a fast-paced, execution-oriented role with significant autonomy, a broad stakeholder group, and a strong focus on measurable outcomes.

About you

At DataCamp, we seek individuals who embody our core values of data-driven decision-making, action, transparency, ownership, and customer focus. You thrive in a fast-paced, high-performing environment and are driven by a passion for making a meaningful impact. You're adaptable, embracing change and ambiguity with enthusiasm. Your initiative and entrepreneurial spirit push you beyond just meeting targets—you aim to understand the "why" behind our goals and take ownership to drive the business forward. You’re a collaborative team player who values transparency and always seeks to improve and innovate. If this sounds like you, we encourage you to apply!

Responsibilities

  • Own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for DataCamp’s logged-out web experience.
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Growth, SEO, and Media teams to translate business and acquisition goals into high-impact product initiatives.
  • Lead discovery and delivery with a dedicated engineering team of ~6 engineers, shipping continuously and iterating based on data.
  • Stay close to execution: write clear requirements, review work, and be deeply involved throughout the entire process, from idea to launch.
  • Optimize key user journeys across homepage, marketing pages, and content surfaces to drive: 1) user registrations and ultimately subscriptions, 2) business leads.
  • Use quantitative and qualitative data (clickstream, funnels, experiments, user research) to inform decisions and prioritize work.
  • Run experiments, analyze results, and scale what works in collaboration with Growth and Marketing partners.
  • Manage and align a large and diverse set of stakeholders, balancing competing priorities while maintaining momentum.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of product management experience in fast-paced consumer products.
  • Hands-on experience with AI beyond chat, including connectors, agents, and workflow integrations, and you default to them as part of how you work.
  • Proven track record of delivering quantifiable impact — you have led initiatives end-to-end that resulted in clear, measurable outcomes (e.g., conversion uplift, revenue growth, traffic gains, engagement improvements, SEO wins, experimentation results).
  • Experience building and scaling consumer-facing products (ed-tech, e-commerce, marketplaces, or large-scale web products) and/or Product-Led Growth (PLG) B2B products, with a strong understanding of acquisition funnels and user conversion.
  • Proven experience working closely with Marketing and/or Growth teams.
  • Strong analytical skills — comfortable working with numbers, funnels, clickstream data, and experiments to drive decisions.
  • A hands-on mindset: you enjoy being close to the details and shipping fast and frequently.
  • Strong communication skills, able to clearly articulate trade-offs, insights, and outcomes.

Bring specific insights on tools like JIRA or Trello that can help streamline these processes.
