About the role
We’re looking for a Sales Enablement Manager who thrives on action, accountability, and measurable outcomes. As a critical driver of our go-to-market success, you will have the unique opportunity to build our enablement function from the ground up, architecting the strategy, processes, and culture that empower our GTM teams to confidently sell the value of DataCamp.
In this role, you won’t just respond to enablement requests—you’ll proactively build and execute a rolling calendar of initiatives that anticipate the field’s needs, aligned to GTM priorities and product launches. You’ll use data to pinpoint what’s working, what isn’t, and how to adjust in real time. You’ll craft materials that are crisp, clear, and easy to use—and you’ll ensure they’re adopted.
This is a high-impact, cross-functional role for a true builder at heart. We\’re looking for a scrappy, 0-to-1 builder who is equally comfortable defining high-level strategy and rolling up their sleeves to execute the tactical work—from personally creating battlecards to running the onboarding sessions.
About you
At DataCamp, we seek individuals who embody our core values of data-driven decision-making, action, transparency, ownership, and customer focus. You thrive in a fast-paced, high-performing environment and are driven by a passion for making a meaningful impact. You\’re adaptable, embracing change and ambiguity with enthusiasm. Your initiative and entrepreneurial spirit push you beyond just meeting targets—you aim to understand the \”why\” behind our goals and take ownership to drive the business forward. You’re a collaborative team player who values transparency and always seeks to improve and innovate. If this sounds like you, we encourage you to apply!
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute a forward-looking enablement calendar aligned to business goals.
- Collaborate with GTM leaders to prioritize initiatives that move the needle.
- Deliver high-quality, actionable field enablement content by turning complex product, service offering, and messaging updates into clear battlecards, decks, and training.
- Lead and continually improve onboarding with the ultimate goal of shortening ramp times and improving productivity across sales and customer success.
- Analyze sales and customer success activity to identify gaps and track performance.
- Maintain a central hub for all GTM resources that is regularly audited and optimized for accuracy and ease of use.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years in sales enablement, product marketing, or GTM operations in a B2B SaaS environment plus 1-3 years of early-career experience in a sales or customer success role in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Demonstrated ability to build and execute enablement programs from scratch.
- Confident project manager with strong stakeholder communication skills.
- Analytical mindset—you use data to guide priorities and drive decisions.
- Experience enabling sales teams that sell to data/analytics leaders and decision makers.
