As a Partner Solutions Architect, you will engage and develop deep technical executive relationships with Databricks' Consulting and System Integrator (C&SI) partners, teammates, as well as the technical field and sales team members who work directly with our customers. You will further develop the 'technical champions' within our top C&SI Partners to CoE, providing strategic vision on technical matters related to the Databricks vision aligned to the GSI execution. Working with our partners, you will help our customers to achieve tangible data-driven outcomes through the application of the Data Intelligence Platform, helping data teams complete projects and integrate our platform into their enterprise ecosystem.
Impact You Will Have
- Provide our technical executives in our top GSIs with the thought leadership for the Data and AI domain to grow our partners' independence in positioning and delivering solutions on the Databricks platform.
- Engage with our partners' technical teams to ensure a deep understanding and skills with the Databricks Platform for both preāsales and delivery of projects.
- Engage the account teams in top Accounts to proactively drive and unblock partner delivery in the account.
- Be an expert on aspects of architecture and design and share this with our partner network to drive the delivery of the platform.
- Show expertise by producing creative technical solutions and external communication, such as blog posts.
- Work with the wider partner ecosystem to build up a library of Agentic AI solutions to accelerate and derisk large transformation projects and migrations.
Experience We Look For
- Understanding of and experience with preāsales in a consumptionādriven business.
- Experienced Technical Executive with current handsāon experience in Data Engineering and Data Science.
- Ability to align multiple technical product and program roadmaps to a Partner business.
- Preāsales or postāsales experience working with external clients or partners across a variety of industry markets.
- Understanding of customerāfacing preāsales or consulting role with a core strength in either data engineering or data science.
- Experience demonstrating technical concepts, including presenting and whiteboarding.
- Experience developing architectures within a public cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
