Overview

In this role you partner with the VP/GM of EMEA Marketing to turn performance data into actionable insight, shaping planning, forecasting, and operational effectiveness. You’ll maintain a trusted view of regional marketing performance and drive pilots and improvements that scale across the organization. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, data-driven decisions and to reduce friction in marketing operations. This is a strategic, impact-focused position at the intersection of analytics, insights, and marketing execution.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the regional insights partner to the VP/GM of EMEA Marketing and leadership for business reviews and QBRs
  • Maintain a single, trusted view of EMEA marketing performance using a consistent framework and standardized dashboards
  • Support target-setting and forecast leadership plans for EMEA across programs, channels, and products
  • Maintain leading-indicator framework to identify early signals and enable pre-emptive interventions
  • Translate performance data into actionable insights and recommended focus areas for regional milestones and cross-functional needs
  • Own execution telemetry for EMEA, tracking cycle times, throughput, intake, and SLA performance
  • Increase regional self-sufficiency in accessing performance data by promoting practical adoption of Genie
  • Support pilot execution with clear hypotheses, success criteria, and measurement approaches
  • Codify proven market approaches for reuse in other markets and measure sustained gains
  • Support planning with analytical inputs for defensible investment decisions and target-setting
  • Identify data risks early (quality, gaps, outages) and surface them before escalation
  • Represent the region in the global Marketing Insights function to align with global frameworks and tooling
