Databricks seeks a world-class leader to grow the UK Forward Deployed AI Engineering team. You will guide AI/ML transformations for enterprise customers, recruit top data scientists and ML engineers, and manage a portfolio of key EMEA accounts.
You will report to the Director AI FDE and shape cross-functional collaboration with Product, R&D, and GTM to ensure customer voice informs product roadmap and strategy.
