Strategic Account Executive - Consumer Goods Industry, London, United Kingdom.
Databricks is seeking a Strategic Account Executive to grow one of our most strategic CPG customers in the UK, leveraging experience in selling to the sector and managing large, multi-national accounts.
Reporting to the Director, Sales, you will bring a compelling point of view on Big Data, Advanced Analytics and AI to guide strategy and deliver exceptional value with our teams and partners.
Responsibilities
- Co-develop a business plan with your team and ecosystem partners to accelerate customer success and exceed quarterly/annual usage and booking goals.
- Lead your team, customers and partners to identify impactful big data and AI use cases and demonstrate value on the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform.
- Implement the customer’s big data and AI transformation goals through strategic partnerships, scoped professional services, training and targeted Executive Engagement.
- Develop an understanding of technical product details and roadmap to build trust with executives and business/technical champions.
Qualifications
- Experience leading and running large, extended virtual teams.
- Experience building and running relationships, co-selling and scaling business with Cloud Vendors (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and Global Solution Integrators (GSI).
- Experience developing relationships with large (global) Enterprise accounts and leading complex sales campaigns in major CPG accounts, including building business cases, gaining C-level support, value-based selling, and driving usage and commit-based engagements with professional services and training teams.
- Experience in Big Data, Cloud, or relevant Saa S industries.
- Proof of exceeding sales quotas in high-growth Enterprise software companies.
