You will be an essential part of this mission, using your technical expertise to demonstrate how our Data Intelligence Platform helps customers solve complex data challenges.
Role
Sr. Product Specialist Adoption Architect. You will be a technical expert on how customers can develop analytical use-cases in the Lakehouse paradigm. You will collaborate with Product Management, Global Product Adoption, and the EMEA Field Engineering and Sales teams to define and deliver the product line adoption strategy for Databricks in EMEA. You will help lay out the playbook and drive GTM actions for product priorities, define the delivery strategy and assets for product line adoption in EMEA, triage product escalations and blockers, and represent the field perspective on strategic decisions. You will work with field leaders to create a strategy to meet product-specific targets, identify target accounts, and build a community of subject matter experts across the field to support these goals. You will report to the Sr. Director Product Specialists, Databricks Field Engineering, and be located in the UK, France, Germany, or the Netherlands. Databricks Field Engineering works with current and future customers to grow adoption, win technical validations, and advise on Databricks best practices.
Responsibilities
- Develop end-to-end Product Line Adoption strategy and operating model for EMEA in collaboration with the EMEA Product Specialist leader and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Drive adoption of Databricks Data Intelligence solutions across EMEA with sales and technical leaders.
- Provide a strong, informed, and data-driven perspective to influence product strategy and priorities in how customers bring Databricks into their data strategies.
- Define scalable, repeatable Product Programs and translate field needs into requirements to accelerate adoption through the Product Strategy and Adoption team.
- Triage escalations and prioritize customer blockers to maximize field impact on product development.
Qualifications
- Experience in designing and delivering cloud-based Data and AI solutions in a customer environment.
- Proven trusted advisor to technical executives who drive strategic data decisions.
- Demonstrated competence in the Lakehouse architecture with hands-on experience in Apache Spark, Python, and SQL.
- Experience in pre-sales is highly desired.
- Operationally minded with the ability to design at a systems level.
- Strong execution skills and ability to drive outcomes in the face of ambiguity.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate with GTM, Field Engineering, Sales, and R&D to support product line adoption.
