As a University Recruiter (Contract), you will be an integral part of the early career intern and interview experience. You will focus on supporting interns through our summer intern program as well as full cycle recruiting for technical roles in the fall. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to build upon our early-in-career programs and find the best ways to recruit and support a diverse group of early career candidates.

The impact you will have:

  • Experience working 1:1 with interns, coaching and supporting through the summer program
  • Full-cycle recruiting from source to close for technical intern and new grad candidates
  • Partner with leaders to assist with team matching and allocation
  • Manage high volume while maintaining excellent candidate experience and data integrity

What we look for:

  • A track record of sourcing, screening, and closing technical candidates while providing top-tier candidate experience
  • Experience with program and/or event management
  • A focus on efficient and effective recruiting processes that support a diverse candidate pool
  • Availability to be in-person for events [EMEA]
