Enterprise Account Executive (Core Accounts - Poland)

Overview

Enterprise Account Executive (Core Accounts – Poland) – London, United Kingdom. Remote role anywhere in the UK, Germany, or other EMEA Databricks office locations.

Responsibilities

• Assess key accounts and develop strategy to exceed revenue and consumption goals.
• Implement strategy to meet revenue and consumption targets.
• Build positive relationships with key decision‑makers, up to and including C‑level, as a trusted advisor on Data & AI.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand use cases within key accounts.
• Orchestrate and utilize internal teams to maximize ecosystem impact.
• Showcase exceptional value in all engagements to guide successful negotiations to close point.

Qualifications

• Track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas and KPIs.
• Experience selling to large enterprise‑class customers in Poland & the CEE region.
• Proven experience with complex software deals and consumption‑based, land‑and‑expand sales models.
• Demonstrated ability to create demand delivering substantial business value.
• Familiar with robust sales methodologies (account planning, MEDDPICC, Value Selling, Command of the Message, accurate forecasting).
• Experience building effective champions and collaborative teams for territory execution.
• Experience developing and managing partner strategy.
• Understanding of identifying use cases and buying centres to increase Databricks impact.
• Fluent English and Polish language skills.
