- Experience facilitating exercises and delivering training to diverse audiences
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple client workstreams
- Excellent written communication – crafting reports that influence major business decisions
Technical Skills
- Understanding of RTO/RPO concepts and how they translate between business and IT
- Familiarity with ITIL, ISO 22301, and ideally ISO 27031 (IT Disaster Recovery)
- Appreciation of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and their resilience capabilities
- Knowledge of backup, replication, and recovery technologies (you don’t need to configure them!)
Professional Qualities
- CBPI qualified or committed to achieving within 12 months
- Natural curiosity about how technology enables business objectives
- Confidence to challenge clients constructively and diplomatically
- Enthusiasm for continuous learning in our rapidly evolving field
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Professional Growth: Clear progression pathway from Senior Consultant through Principal to Director level, with structured competency development and regular career conversations.
