Our client is a leading international company in the travel and lifestyle services sector, headquartered in London. The organisation serves millions of customers globally, offering premium travel benefits and exclusive airport lounge access through its flagship loyalty program.

We are looking for a forward-thinking Product Manager with experience in (or a deep passion for) AI-enabled products and solution delivery. This is a high-impact role positioned at the intersection of client strategy, emerging technology, and cross-functional execution. You will act as a strategic bridge between our clients and our delivery teams—leading engagements from early-stage solution design through to long-term product evolution. A key part of the role is helping clients understand and apply AI technologies to unlock new opportunities, shape program direction, and build future-ready digital capabilities. Experience within the Travel industry, or enthusiasm for applying AI in this domain is desirable. The role is hybrid and requires the ability to visit the client’s office in London, preferably 2 times per week.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the strategic product partner to clients, identifying where AI technologies (automation, personalisation, ML/GenAI, data‑driven decisioning) can enhance or transform services.
  • Lead early discovery and solution design, validating feasibility and alignment with client objectives.
  • Translate complex business needs into clear product strategies that integrate AI capabilities where beneficial.
  • Establish and evolve delivery structures, processes, and cross‑functional teams to support AI‑informed product development.
  • Guide ongoing product iterations, ensuring AI elements are evaluated, improved, and ethically implemented.
  • Work closely with client stakeholders on governance models, data readiness, and ways of working that support AI adoption.
  • Act as a thought partner to senior leaders, helping shape strategy and drive measurable outcomes through emerging technologies.
  • Collaborate with engineering, data, and design teams to ensure solutions are realistic, well‑scoped, and effectively delivered.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience working as a product manager or over 5 completed projects.
  • Proven experience in product management, client delivery, or consulting within technology‑driven environments.
  • Demonstrable exposure to AI technologies: integrating AI features into products, shaping AI use cases, working with data/ML teams, supporting AI adoption in client organisations.
  • Strong strategic mindset with the ability to connect business value, user needs, and AI‑enabled solution design.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Comfortable leading in ambiguous or evolving environments.
  • Experience or interest in the travel industry or travel technology ecosystems.
  • Collaborative, pragmatic, and confident working across distributed, multi‑disciplinary teams.

Benefits

  • As per the laws of your country.
  • Health insurance: We help you to take out an insurance policy for you and your loved ones.
  • Pleasant environment: Two large corporate parties and many small get-togethers for colleagues.
  • Comfort service: Solving technical and everyday problems at work.
  • The benefits package may vary depending on the region and the type of contract.
