This role is for a Web UI Designer at DataAnnotation focused on training AI models to understand and generate design work. Your responsibilities will involve critiquing AI-generated UI/UX designs, evaluating model performance, and helping refine the model's sense of aesthetics, usability, and creative quality to shape future AI design tools.
Applicants should have a background in UI/UX or web design, a strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow, and fluency in English (native or bilingual). A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.

- General AI training projects start at $20+ USD/hr; designāfocused projects at $40+ USD/hr, with bonuses for exceptional work
- Review and critique AIāgenerated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visuals
- Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance
- Help train models to better understand aesthetic quality and userācentered design
- Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
- Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design

- Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
- A current, in progress, or completed Bachelor's is preferred but not required
