Your mission as a data analyst is to help us as a company define a) what questions we should ask and b) answer those questions through data-based insights across all functions. You will report directly to the founder and CEO and work closely with teams across all functions to crunch billions of data points coming from multiple sources. This role also has the scope to branch out further into topics such as investor reporting and to work with the tech and data/ML teams to build an even more sophisticated analytics function.

We are less interested in a specific, linear career path but in what potential you bring to the table. This role is fairly flexible when it comes to seniority but you need at least some real-world analytics and data experience to excel in it. Below are the key requirements for this role:

  • This is one of the most quantitative roles in this company. You need to think your way through data structures, SQL code and what the numbers actually mean.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel and BI tools such as Looker Studio.
  • Experience with data warehouse solutions and Python is a plus.
  • You need to mix academic rigour with speed and the ability and willingness to spread your time between diving deep and quick analyses.
  • You must be excited about the prospect of getting into simracing.

This is an early-stage startup with billion-dollar ambitions. Those who excel at Track Titan see this as a good thing enabling ultra-fast career- and skills-progression.

Why us?

  • Join the only motorsport startup in the world backed by tier one VCs.
  • Work on cutting-edge tech, campaigns and partnerships that reach users across the globe 24/7.
  • Join a team of fellow motorsport fans and simracers who have backgrounds in top startups, sports data science, tier one consulting and professional motorsport.
  • Quarterly learning day and budget.
  • Full remote/office flexibility according to what works for you with a great London HQ.
  • Generous options package as a key early employee.
  • Private pension (for UK employees).
  • Private health insurance (for UK employees).

At Track Titan, we are building the “Strava for Motorsport” by combining AI driver coaching with community and social features. With a user‑base in the hundreds of thousands and millions of laps processed, Track Titan is already the dominant simracing coaching platform and we have big plans to go further.
