What You’ll Do

  • Lead data operations and second line support to ensure data pipelines, platforms, and integrations run reliably with full observability and proactive monitoring.
  • Optimise performance across Snowflake and connected data platforms, driving continuous improvement and automation.
  • Define and embed support models and operational standards for new data products and APIs.
  • Guide a small, experienced team, fostering autonomy and technical excellence.
  • Influence how the business delivers data operations - collaborating with data engineering, governance, quality, and IT to shape the future operating model.

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong experience running and supporting data platforms or pipelines in production.
  • Understanding of data flows, models, and warehousing principles - able to diagnose issues across systems without coding.
  • Hands-on familiarity with platforms like Snowflake, Power BI, Alteryx, and modern observability tools.
