Responsibilities
- Formulate and interpret data to reach specific conclusions as a key project contributor.
- Scale existing solutions and create repeatable best practises, tutorials, and documentation.
- Write and review solution code, ensuring integration with production code alongside developers and partners.
- Develop roadmaps and methodologies to address data-related questions, defining requirements and anticipating challenges.
- Implement recommended changes through collaboration with teams, driving ongoing analysis for product excellence.
- Gather, extract, and compile data across sources using SQL, R, or Python, ensuring quality and privacy.
- Help teams prioritise tasks using data, driving identification of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine complex business questions into analysable metrics and models.
- Assess gaps in products based on user feedback and metrics analysis, contributing technical solutions.
- Review and provide feedback on analyses conducted by others, addressing analytical challenges.
- Develop metrics to track solution implementation, creating dashboards and tools to automate processes.
- Interface with stakeholders to understand business goals and existing data infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with data dashboard creation.
- Strong understanding of statistical concepts and data analysis techniques.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Proven leadership in data science initiatives.
