Purpose of the Role:
As a Strategy Analyst at Data Literacy Academy, you will collaborate closely with the Head of Strategy to support the development and execution of strategic initiatives that drive our mission forward. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence the trajectory of a rapidly growing startup while honing your skills in strategic analysis and business operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Develop actionable insights and recommendations for the Head of Strategy and other senior leaders.
- Analyse complex problems holistically, considering how solutions impact different areas of the organisation and align with broader strategic goals.
- Support the creation of high-quality presentations, reports, and communications for internal and external stakeholders, including investors and partners.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Revenue, Product, Marketing, and Education to deliver strategic projects.
- Manage and assist on special projects upon request. Monitor and evaluate progress against the company’s strategic objectives and propose adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Contribute to brainstorming and idea generation sessions, ensuring a fresh and innovative perspective is brought to discussions.

- A recent graduate with a degree in a relevant field (e.g., Economics, Business, Mathematics, or another discipline that develops analytical and problem-solving skills).
