New Business Development Executive to join our established business development function.

This is a new business focused role targeting large financial services enterprises.

You will be responsible for identifying, engaging and securing new clients.

This role is ideal for a true “hunter” who thrives on opening doors, building relationships from scratch and converting complex opportunities into revenue.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and target new enterprise opportunities within investment banks, asset managers, broker-dealers, and other large financial institutions.
  • Generate and qualify new leads through strategic outreach and networking.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to contract close.
  • Build relationships with senior stakeholders across Compliance, Risk, Surveillance and Technology teams.
  • Present and articulate the value of our specialist capabilities.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and meet agreed new business targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver compelling proposals and RFP responses.

Qualifications

Experience & Skills

  • 2-5 years proven track record in new business sales, ideally within financial services or regulatory technology.
  • Experience selling into large enterprise organisations.
  • Strong prospecting and pipeline development skills.
  • Resilient, self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Confident communicating with senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes.
