Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated Data Engineer to join our dynamic team working with a tier 1 multinational investment bank. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys working on both BAU and project-based initiatives, and has a strong background in Python and kdb+ within the FX domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain core data pipelines supporting FX BAU and small enhancement projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact data solutions
- Contribute to both strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations
- Work independently and as part of a team to manage multiple priorities and context-switch effectively
- Engage with Front Office stakeholders and datasets, particularly within FICC asset classes

- Python (80%) – Core language for data engineering and analytics
- KDB (20%) – Supporting legacy and real-time data processing needs
