Responsibilities
As a Senior Change Manager, you will own end‑to‑end platform change governance. You will embed practical processes that support daily releases without unnecessary friction, ensuring change is controlled, clearly communicated, and properly evidenced. You will collaborate across engineering, data, security, and delivery stakeholders to drive consistent ways of working, clarify ownership, and improve platform reliability, while using metrics and dashboards to highlight bottlenecks, risks, and support decision‑making.
Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in change management
- Solid understanding of risk management, compliance, audit readiness, and policy adherence
- Proficiency in partnering with cross‑functional teams to implement consistent processes and strengthen accountability
- Experience defining reporting requirements and producing insights (Power BI experience preferred)
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including escalation and issue/risk tracking
