They are looking for an experienced Staff Data Analyst to join their team, helping to shape commercial analytics and deliver high-impact insights that support business growth. The Opportunity As a Staff Data Analyst, you'll play a key role in driving advanced commercial analytics, working closely with senior stakeholders across revenue operations, customer success and wider business teams. You'll lead complex analytical initiatives helping the business better understand customer behaviour and identify opportunities. You'll also help shape analytical standards, develop scalable data models and ensure insights are delivered through reliable, well-governed data foundations. Working alongside data engineers, analytics engineers and data scientists, you'll have the autonomy to lead complex projects, solve ambiguous business challenges and influence the technical direction of commercial analytics.
