They are looking for a Data Governance Lead to take ownership of their data governance strategy, helping to shape how data is managed, protected and used across the business. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and develop a data governance programme, combining strategic ownership with a practical approach to improving data standards, privacy and compliance. The Opportunity As a Data Governance Lead, you'll take ownership of the data governance roadmap, identifying gaps, defining priorities and driving improvements across data privacy, quality, ownership, access and retention. Working closely with data engineering, analytics and business stakeholders, you'll translate governance requirements into practical solutions, ensuring standards and processes are embedded across the organisation. You'll also play a key role in improving data visibility, classification and lineage, establishing scalable governance frameworks and empowering teams to manage data responsibly and effectively.
