Location: London Area, United Kingdom

Core Responsibilities:

  • Run stakeholder interviews/workshops
  • Document business processes (current vs future state)
  • Define functional & non-functional requirements
  • Identify integration triggers, workflows, and edge cases
  • Map data fields between Wrike and other systems (CRM, ERP, HRIS, etc.)
  • Define API payload structures
  • Create workflow diagrams
  • Document automation logic
  • Write detailed integration specs
  • Create data flow diagrams
  • Define authentication & permission needs
  • Support API testing & validation
  • Act as liaison between business and engineering
  • Support UAT
  • Manage change requests
  • Ensure implementation matches requirements

Must Have:

  • Experience with API-based integrations
  • Writing technical requirements documentation
  • Workflow mapping
  • Experience with SaaS tools

Strong Bonus:

  • Direct Wrike experience
  • Experience with middleware (Zapier, Make, Workato, Boomi, etc.)
  • SQL knowledge
  • Agile experience
