We are looking for a Demand Analyst on a 12‐month fixed‐term contract, based in Preston, to deliver accurate, timely, and insightful reporting from multiple data sources, support KPI review, and lead data analysis influencing demand, capacity, and resource planning.
Responsibilities
- Deliver accurate, timely, and insightful reporting by drawing on data from multiple systems.
- Review KPIs and performance metrics, providing clear analysis and recommendations to support continuous improvement.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of reporting tools, dashboards, and data models, ensuring they meet evolving business needs.
- Lead data analysis to identify patterns, trends, root causes, and potential impacts on demand, capacity and resource planning.
- Maintain a consistent approach to data governance across Demand, Capacity and Resource Management.
Core Duties
- Interpret, challenge, and validate complex data sets.
- Apply advanced ServiceNow, Power BI, and Excel skills, including modelling and visualisation.
- Improve reporting structures, dashboards, and digital tooling.
- Have Data Analytics/BI qualifications and experience with Tableau (desirable).
Qualifications
- Essential: Advanced ServiceNow, Power BI, Excel proficiency. Experience in data governance and reporting. Data analytics or BI qualification.
- Desirable: Experience with Tableau.
