Key Requirements:
- Proven experience working as a Senior Developer within the public sector.
- Active Security Clearance (SC)
- Advanced proficiency in Java technologies (SE 8, EE 5/6/11, EJB, JSP)
- Proven experience supporting and modernising legacy applications
- Demonstrated ability to refactor complex codebases and develop robust automated tests
- Strong background integrating solutions with auditing and protective monitoring services
- Hands‐on experience with Oracle WebLogic 11gR1, PL/SQL, and Oracle BI
- Proficiency in building and supporting Java applications using ODBC/JDBC with stored procedures
- Practical experience developing and supporting Elasticsearch solutions
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with IBM Initiate Master Data Management
- Experience working with Nginx
- Understanding of Apache Tomcat and Apache HTTP Server
- Exposure to ETL tools or processes
