The Role:

  • Engineer and document robust data models and semantic layers within Lakehouse and Data Warehouse environments to ensure a "single version of truth".
  • Design and deploy automated data pipelines and notebooks integrating data from Blue Prism and MuleSoft platforms.
  • Leverage cutting‑edge AI, Machine Learning, and Power Automate to build sophisticated visualizations that drive departmental decision‑making.
  • Develop enterprise‑grade Power Apps and Power BI dashboards to streamline police force operations and resource management.
  • Collaborate with high‑level stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable technical architectures and governance frameworks.

What You’ll Need:

  • Deep technical expertise in Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and the Power Platform ecosystem.
  • Proven experience with RPA and integration tools, specifically Blue Prism and MuleSoft.
  • Strong proficiency in building and managing Data Lakehouses, SQL procedures, and dataflow documentation.
  • Must have resided in the UK continuously for at least the last 5 years to meet strict police clearance standards.
  • Leadership capability: Experience mentoring or managing junior developers is highly desirable for this senior‑leaning contract role.
