What you’ll do:

  • Raise and manage purchase orders in Sage
  • Coordinate inbound shipments (air & sea) and select freight forwarders
  • Track deliveries and maintain accurate ETA data
  • Liaise with suppliers, warehouse, sales, and freight partners
  • Manage shipping documentation and customs paperwork
  • Maintain product data, pricing, and system accuracy
  • Support warehouse queries, bookings, and delivery schedules

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in logistics, procurement, or supply chain admin - experience of the office equipment supplies market would also be ideal
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Confident communicator with suppliers and internal teams
  • ERP experience (Sage preferred)
