Are you always coming up with new ways to leverage data + AI? We need you! We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes data + AI…someone who loves solving data problems and maximising AI opportunities. Someone who is tech‑confident, client‑focused, a creative thinker, commercially‑savvy and can turn ideas into results. Whether you’re from a background of data architecture, data warehouses or engineering, we want to talk to you.

We’re looking for someone to inspire, educate and support our awesome clients to power their growth using data + AI…earning their trust to become their partners for life. We’re growing our business, and growing our team of data consultants in the UK…are you our next recruit? We’re award‑winning global data + AI consultants + builders. We power our clients’ growth using data + AI. We review, select, set up + support all of their organisation’s data + AI tools. We work with UK and global clients across all sectors. We were born in 2017, we have ambitious growth plans and we’re growing every day. We need your help to grow our business even further.

What you’ll do…

  • Consult with our clients and become our clients’ partner for life through building trust and respect, understanding their business, and adding value to their data, AI and business strategy.
  • Identify new data + AI opportunities within a client’s organisation.
  • Perform data + AI audits for our clients, assessing their current data + AI landscape.
  • Propose technical solutions for our clients, to meet their current and future requirements for data + AI.
  • Define roadmaps for clients to deliver their data + AI transformations.
  • Translate business requirements into technical requirements for our team of builders.
  • Oversee the delivery of data + AI projects, and ensure that what we deliver is secure, scalable, and aligned to best practice.
  • Present and communicate insights, findings & results to clients.
  • Help ensure that our client projects are delivered in full, in spec + on time.

What we need from you…

  • Deep experience of data platforms; you can recommend best‑practice approaches to data warehousing and data engineering to our clients and internal team.
  • We’re tech‑agnostic, so we work with a range of cloud, ETL/ELT, data warehouse, BI + AI tools (eg Azure, AWS, GCP, Databricks, Fabric, Snowflake, Redshift…)
  • Evidence that you’re an AI‑advocate and experiment with new technology.
  • Experience in a similar client‑facing data consultancy role.
  • Confident to talk about data + AI and great at making complex things simple.
  • Confident at consultative selling with both technical and non‑technical senior leaders.
  • Commercially‑minded so you can understand complex business models and identify new data + AI opportunities that will deliver a client’s vision.
  • Experience leading tech projects, ensuring that projects deliver to time/budget/spec and to a client’s vision.
  • Awesome presentation + communication skills with the ability to inspire people.
  • Proven experience winning the trust and confidence of a variety of stakeholders at all levels.
  • Creative mindset and the ability to come up with new ideas and alternative ways of doing things.
  • The right attitude to work in a small, growing business with a desire to help us improve the way we do things.

We’re open to alternative working models…from fractional roles to part‑time to side‑hustles…if you’re talented, we’re flexible. This is NOT an entry‑level role…we need someone who has made loads of mistakes, so that they can share their experiences with others. So, if this is a 1st or 2nd role for you, please don’t apply. This might not be the role for you…if you want to be heavily hands‑on with development or if you’d be uncomfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
