What you’ll do…

  • Work with our awesome clients to ensure that their projects are delivered on time, on budget and on spec, every single time.
  • Ensure that we fully understand our clients’ specific detailed requirements and priorities, to ensure that we deliver their vision and desired outcomes.
  • Lead a group of people to ensure that everyone knows their role, the plan, the outputs and the vision.
  • Manage the delivery of technical data/AI projects through detailed planning, progress tracking and great communication.
  • Deal with issues that come up along the way, mitigating risks in advance, problem-solving in the moment and escalating when required.
  • Improve the way we deliver projects every single time, by learning from past projects.
  • Be one of the faces of DATA 3 in the market and be an advocate for our business with our clients.
  • Brief the DATA 3 team on new opportunities and new projects for the clients you’re working with.
  • Work closely with our tech delivery team to ensure we understand what our clients need to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with the rest of the DATA 3 team to share client insight to improve what we do.

  • Experience working in a similar role for a similar organisation.
  • Confident working with different types of people, including senior leaders in our clients’ organisations, IT/tech teams, business leaders, and our team.
  • You work proactively, are super organised, and manage your own workload and the workload for others.
  • You make complex technology topics simple for all types of stakeholders.
  • You can confidently talk about data + AI.
  • You are consultative with a problem-solving mindset.
  • You love to learn and have a beginners’ mindset.
  • You love working in small businesses with evolving processes.
