What you’ll do
- Consult with our clients and become our clients’ partner for life through building trust and respect, understanding their business, and adding value to their AI and business strategy.
- Identify new AI opportunities within a client’s organisation.
- Perform AI audits for our clients, assessing their current AI landscape.
- Propose technical solutions for our clients, to meet their current and future requirements for AI.
- Define roadmaps for clients to deliver their AI transformations.
- Translate business requirements into technical requirements for our team of builders.
- Oversee the delivery of AI projects, and ensure that what we deliver is secure, scalable, and aligned to best practice.
- Present and communicate insights, findings and results to clients.
- Help ensure that our client projects are delivered in full, in spec and on time.
What we need from you
- Hands-on AI developer experience - we’re tech-agnostic, so we work with a range of cloud, ETL/ELT, data warehouse, BI and AI tools (eg ChatGPT, OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, N8N, Zapier, Coda).
- Evidence that you’re an AI-advocate and experiment with new technology.
- Experience in a similar client-facing AI consultancy role.
- Confident to talk about AI and great at making complex things simple.
- Confident at consultative selling with both technical and non-technical senior leaders.
- Commercially-minded so you can understand complex business models and identify new AI opportunities that will deliver a client’s vision.
- Experience leading tech projects, ensuring that projects deliver to time, budget, spec and to a client’s vision.
- Awesome presentation and communication skills with the ability to inspire people.
- Proven experience winning the trust and confidence of a variety of stakeholders at all levels.
- Creative mindset and the ability to come up with new ideas and alternative ways of doing things.
- The right attitude to work in a small, growing business with a desire to help us improve the way we do things.
