We're looking for an awesome organiser, optimiser and business-scaling machine. Are you the person who naturally spots inefficiencies and immediately starts thinking about how to fix them? Do you love building systems, processes and playbooks that make everyone's life easier? Can you see the bigger picture whilst still keeping an eye on the details that matter? Are you passionate about using technology, automation and data to improve how a business operates? Do you get a kick out of making a growing company run smoothly behind the scenes? If your answer is 'hell, yeah!', we want to talk to you.
We're looking for someone who can build the operating system that powers DATA3's growth — someone who can create clarity, improve efficiency, and make sure the right people are working on the right things at the right time. You'll play a critical role in helping us scale without the chaos that often comes with rapid growth.
What you’ll do…
- Owning traffic management: who is on what, when, and at what capacity across all departments
- Maintaining capacity planning visibility so projects are properly resourced and team members are not overloaded
- Managing client operations for all clients, ensuring an exceptional client experience
- Supporting our commercial team with sales and marketing admin
- Building and maintaining playbooks for repeatable processes across the business
- Identifying and implementing tooling and automation that saves time and improves quality
- Ensuring internal metrics and operational KPIs are visible, accurate, and actionable
- Managing and maintaining our newly refurbished office, making sure it’s a great place to work from
- Proactively identifying bottlenecks and fixing them before they impact delivery or client experience
- Supporting onboarding so new team members can operate effectively from day one without founder involvement
- Reporting to the MD on operational health, resource risks, and process gaps
What we need from you…
- Proven experience in operations, project management, or business management roles, ideally in a professional services or technology environment
- Experience managing resourcing, capacity planning, processes, reporting, or internal systems
- Experience building repeatable ways of working through playbooks, tooling, and reporting rhythms
- Comfort working across departments and turning messy operational problems into clear, scalable systems
- Systems thinker — you see how the parts connect and improve the whole, not just the bits
- Process builder — you can take something messy and make it clear, repeatable, and scalable
- Technically curious — comfortable with tools, automation, and data
- Highly organised and reliable — the business depends on this seat, so consistency is non-negotiable
- Commercially aware — you understand that operational excellence directly enables revenue and retention
