Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect to design and deliver innovative, scalable, and value-driven solutions that align with business strategies. This role requires expertise in converting business requirements into comprehensive solution blueprints and guiding the implementation process throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design and Blueprinting:

  • Translate business requirements into robust and scalable solution blueprints.
  • Specify, design, and select solutions, including open-source, cloud-native, SaaS, and cloud-deployed licensed software, to maximize business value.

Evaluation and Selection:

  • Assess and recommend predefined solution options to meet business needs.
  • Support business case development by identifying build/license costs (CapEx) and operational costs (OpEx).

Standards and Compliance:

  • Ensure all solutions adhere to organizational standards for data, security, compliance, and service.
  • Develop High-Level Designs (HLDs), system architecture documents, and interface specifications.

Project Leadership and Support:

  • Play a key role in project definition, estimation, and high-level planning.
  • Provide ongoing technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery and implementation.

Documentation and Communication:

  • Produce detailed and clear architectural documentation for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on solutions and strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience Level:

  • 8+ years of experience in solution architecture, system design, or related fields.
  • Proven expertise in designing and delivering complex IT solutions.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Proficiency in creating High-Level Designs (HLDs) and system architectures.
  • Familiarity with integration technologies, APIs, and microservices architecture.
  • Experience with open-source technologies and SaaS solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as ArchiMate, Visio, and other architecture modeling tools.

Frameworks and Methodologies:
