Role Purpose : The Project Manager is responsible for the successful planning, execution, and oversight of a complex digital service delivery programme.

- Lead the end‑to‑end management of a multi‑phase digital service programme, from inception through to final delivery and transition.

- Experience managing regulatory, operational, or vendor‑related dependencies.
- High‑level communication and negotiation skills, with experience working across senior internal and external stakeholders.
