How you will contribute to transforming the smart energy network and shaping the future:

  • Lead the development and delivery of customer engagement strategies and plans for major change programmes and contract renewals.
  • Assess the impact of change initiatives on customers, ensuring customer feedback and insights shape programme decisions and outcomes.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing expert guidance on best practice engagement approaches.
  • Develop compelling messaging, communications and engagement materials tailored to diverse customer groups and stakeholders.
  • Measure and evaluate engagement effectiveness, using data and insights to drive continuous improvement and customer advocacy.

What you need to bring:

  • Proven experience planning and delivering customer engagement, stakeholder engagement or communications activity for large, complex transformation programmes.
  • Strong stakeholder management, relationship-building and influencing skills, with the ability to engage confidently at all levels.
  • Experience developing and implementing strategic engagement plans using customer insight and feedback to inform decision-making.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
  • A proactive, resilient and self-motivated approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
