We are looking for an organised and detail-focused
AI Governance & Compliance Coordinator to support the responsible and compliant use of artificial intelligence across the organisation.

We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate a genuine interest in artificial intelligence and an understanding of the importance of responsible, ethical and compliant AI.
The successful candidate will work alongside technology, compliance, risk and operational teams to support the day-to-day governance of AI systems and use cases.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of AI systems, applications and use cases.
- Support the organisation's AI governance processes and procedures.
- Assist with AI risk assessments and governance reviews.
- Maintain AI governance documentation and evidence.
- Track governance actions, issues and remediation activities through to completion.
- Support internal audits, reviews and compliance checks.
- Assist with monitoring emerging AI regulations, standards and guidance.
- Support the development and maintenance of AI policies, procedures and guidance.
- Assist with the assessment and documentation of AI-related risks, including privacy, fairness, transparency and accountability.
- Coordinate information and documentation between technology, compliance, risk and business teams.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets and governance documentation for management.
- Maintain governance registers and ensure information remains accurate and up to date.
- Support responsible-AI awareness and training initiatives.
- Assist with third-party and supplier AI governance activities where required.
- Escalate potential governance, compliance or risk issues appropriately.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of AI governance processes.

You may be a recent graduate, an early-career professional or someone looking to move into AI governance from administration, compliance, risk, technology, operations or another related field.
