Summary

The Marketing and Sales Coordinator creates and executes strategies to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales enablement. This role focuses on developing and managing multi-channel campaigns, leveraging customer insights, overseeing vendor relationships, and aligning with global and internal stakeholders. The coordinator ensures the effective execution of marketing programs that drive customer engagement and supports company objectives.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for the US market.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and industry events, driving brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and external partners.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to create and optimize customer communication journeys.
  • Publish and distribute technical marketing content that effectively communicates our product solutions (email templates, brochure, newsletters, etc.).
  • Oversee the company’s digital presence across websites and social media.
  • Coordinate lead tracking and follow‑ups with the CRM (HubSpot) administrator.
  • Support early‑stage customer engagement through proof‑of‑concept demonstrations and marketing presentations.
  • Coordinate and manage partnerships with third‑party vendors and marketing agencies to execute marketing programs effectively.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing and/or sales enablement.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with trade show planning, execution, and post‑event follow‑up.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) and a basic understanding of SEO.
  • Website management.
  • Ability to create compelling marketing content that supports the buyer journey and sales process.
  • Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as required for trade shows, events, and meetings.
