Impact Data Solutions is recruiting and looking for a Project Manager to join the team!
As a Project Manager at IDS, you'll be at the heart of our delivery operations across data centre and ICT infrastructure projects. You'll lead multi-site activities from pre-construction through to final handover—ensuring client satisfaction, safety compliance, and operational excellence. Role would be suitable for existing Site Managers looking for the next step in their career.
What You'll Be Doing- Lead safe, compliant worksite operations and enforce EHSQ (Environmental, Health, Safety & Quality) standards.
- Oversee project programmes, budgets, and resources from tender to close-out.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring seamless coordination across stakeholders.
- Manage subcontractors, materials, QA, and documentation workflows.
- Ensure effective project controls: financial forecasting, valuations, reports, and client handovers.
- Own permit-to-work (PTW) requests, POCR (Post-Contract Reviews), and operational manuals.
- 5+ years in ICT project delivery (structured cabling, containment systems, fibre & copper testing).
- Advanced knowledge of cable types and standards (UTP, FTP, Fibre Optic).
- Strong skills across MS Office Suite and Microsoft Project.
- Experience managing high-volume project teams and change control.
- SMSTS & ECS (Project Manager) card.
- UK driving licence, passport, and right to work.
